Schedule for November, 2019:
November 7: Durham Village. From the 1780s to today. Who were the first settlers; why is the area up the road called Prink Hill; what businesses were in the village; what lawsuits started there--so many interesting stories to share. Tell us your stories. We will meet in the cafeteria.
November 14: Homesteading: Continue sharing our projects: goats, greenhouses, winter activities, and more.
November 21 Crafts: Bring examples of holiday crafts or just come to enjoy company while you work on your own projects. We may have some demonstrations of crafts you can do at home.
November 28: No Book Club—it is Thanksgiving. Next book club will be December 19 when we will discuss The Book Woman of Troublesome Creek by Kim Michele Richardson. There will be no craft group in December.
All programs are free and open to the public.
The Town Superintendent of Highways of the Town of Durham, Greene County, NY,
pursuant to the provisions of the Highway Law requests bids for a 2019/2020

Town Highway Garage on Route 81 in Oak Hill during normal hours of operation.
Any questions should be directed to the Superintendent of Highways at the Town garage
or call 518 239-6122 ext. 6 between 7:00am and 3:30pm, Monday through Thursday.
Bids must include a non-collusion statement and will be received until 4:00pm on Tuesday,
November 19, 2019, to be opened at the 7:30pm Town of Durham Board meeting.
The Town reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
