Schedule for November, 2019:
November 7: Durham Village. From the 1780s to today. Who were the first settlers; why is the area up the road called Prink Hill; what businesses were in the village; what lawsuits started there--so many interesting stories to share. Tell us your stories. We will meet in the cafeteria.
November 14: Homesteading: Continue sharing our projects: goats, greenhouses, winter activities, and more.
November 21 Crafts: Bring examples of holiday crafts or just come to enjoy company while you work on your own projects. We may have some demonstrations of crafts you can do at home.
November 28: No Book Club—it is Thanksgiving. Next book club will be December 19 when we will discuss The Book Woman of Troublesome Creek by Kim Michele Richardson. There will be no craft group in December.
All programs are free and open to the public.
