NOTICE OF A PUBLIC HEARING ON A PROPOSED SUBDIVISION/VARIANCE 

 Public Notice is hereby given that the Town of Durham Town Board will hold a public hearing concerning a subdivision/variance of property owned by Charles and Mitzi Sue Fremgen parcel 21.00-5-2.1 consisting of 18.5 +/- acres located at Mansard Ave.  Their wish is to subdivide into 2 parcels. 

 If you have any questions or concerns on the above subdivision/variance, please attend the public hearing.  All documents related to this application are available for viewing at the Durham Town Hall. 

 The hearing will be held at the Town Building 7309 State Route 81, East Durham, Tuesday, February 15^th, 7:30 P.M. or call in at 503-300-6830 code 114503. All interested persons desiring to be heard will be heard at that time.
